Professional Background
Anjan Nepal is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN), having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in December 2017. He completed his articleship at Joshi & Bhandary, Chartered Accountants, where he was involved in statutory audit engagements across banking and financial institutions, aviation, hospitality, hydropower, cooperatives and international development organisations, and served as Audit Manager.
He established Anjan Nepal & Associates in 2021 following completion of the requisite post-qualification period. The firm is registered with ICAN (Reg. No. 988) and conducts engagements in accordance with applicable professional standards and the ICAN Code of Ethics.

Ram Krishna holds an MBS with a focus on taxation and accounting. He brings strong expertise in income tax compliance, VAT return filing, TDS management and bookkeeping. His academic grounding in tax law combined with practical experience makes him a key resource for clients requiring comprehensive taxation support across corporate and individual mandates.
Holds an MBS and is engaged in bookkeeping and accounting services, including maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, preparation of financial statements, management of fixed asset schedules and support for management reporting engagements.
Manish holds a BBA with a strong foundation in accounting and financial management. He supports AN&A's accounting outsourcing practice through day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable management and data entry across accounting software platforms. His attention to detail contributes to the firm's capacity to serve growing SMEs effectively.
Milan holds a BBA and focuses on audit and assurance engagements within AN&A's growing practice. He supports fieldwork execution, working paper preparation, vouching, verification and analytical procedures under direct senior supervision. His business administration background provides a strong base for understanding client operations and internal control systems across diverse sectors.
