Engagement Process

How an Engagement Proceeds

Acknowledgement

Enquiries are acknowledged and an initial discussion is arranged to understand the nature and scope of the required engagement.

Scoping Discussion

A discussion is held to understand the organisation, the nature of services required, applicable standards and expected timelines.

Engagement Letter

An engagement letter is issued setting out the scope of work, applicable standards, responsibilities of both parties and agreed fees, in accordance with NSA 210.

Commencement

Upon execution of the engagement letter, the professional team is assigned and fieldwork or advisory services commence in accordance with agreed terms.
